Pre Arrival Highway Reporting Solutions

There are requirements on imported goods and legislative requirements for reporting conveyances and cargo for shipments arriving via highway carriage into the United States. Information is transmitted in a fully automated information system to ensure the efficient collection, processing, and analysis of commercial import and export data. Within a select timeframe highway cargo arrives must be reported.

Conveyance, container data is information about the origin of goods, highway carrier and operator that is carrying the goods and its arrival information about the goods they are carrying must be reported.

The place of discharge, highway assigned carrier filing code, place of destination, equipment and quantity of goods are reported through an electronic ACE highway e-manifest.

Before they reach the first point of arrival, even before they are loaded on to the conveyance, it helps protect Americans from harm, including safety and security threats when cargo is reported accordingly to US-CBP.

Online tracking updates for pre arrival information alert and notifications are submitted to customs agencies, and updated through the system for cargo arriving via ground carriers.

Numeric code identifying the highway carrier is processed according to the transportation administration agency and its associated parties, registered and approved by the ministries.

Relative parties have access to the reporting system for automatic data-processing allowing them to connect with customs directly for emanifest reporting and supersede customs requirements.
